EMS Proficient Mobile Phlebotomy Service LLC enforces strict chain of custody standards.

  1. Identity Verification: All adult donors must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, or State ID) at time of collection.


  2. Minor Consent: Manors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who must sign the laboratory chain of cusTody form.


  3. Tamper-Evident Seals: All specimens are sealed on-site using serialized, tamper-evident tape in the presence of the donors.


    All samples are securely collected under strict Chain of Custody standards and processed exclusively through DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), an AABB-accredited laboratory.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with early bird scheduling available starting at 5:00 AM. Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon, and Sunday services are available by advanced appointment scheduling only unless qualified as a STAT."
