Cancellation Policy
Policy This policy ensures efficient, fair phlebotomy services by requiring appointments, 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid fees, and adherence to preparation guidelines. A digital waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis for cancellations, while a 10-minute grace period applies to arrivals, after which appointments are considered missed. 1. Booking & Scheduling *Appointments: Book all services via the online patient portal; a confirmation SMS/email will follow. *Preparation: Patients must adhere strictly to pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting) provided during booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling *Notice Period: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time. *Late Penalties: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may incur fees or forfeiture of payment. *Provider Cancellations: If the provider must cancel, you will be notified immediately to reschedule. 3. Waitlist & Priority *Digital Waitlist: If your preferred time is unavailable, join the digital waitlist. *Notification: When slots open, waitlisted patients are contacted in order via email, text, or phone. *Securing a Slot: The first person to respond to the notification secures the appointment. * Late Arrival Policy * Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late Policy: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, requiring rescheduling and potential fees.
