Mobile Dispatch Scheduling & Surcharge Policies

EMS Proficient Mobile Phlebotomy Service LLC operates standard field routes Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. To maintain dedicated staff availability, guarantee tight cold-chain integrity, and provide rapid response times, any appointments requested outside of these standard operating hours are subject to standard convenience premiums. A flat $45.00 after-hours premium is applied to dispatches scheduled between 4:01 PM and 7:59 AM on weekdays, while a flat $65.00 premium applies to all Saturday, Sunday, and holiday collections. Please note that surcharges are applied per location visit, meaning multi-patient corporate or clinical site visits will only incur a single convenience fee on the master invoice.

Geographic Service Boundaries & Extended Travel Premiums'

Our  flat-rate base collection fees cover all mobile deployments located within a standard 20-mile driving radius of our active Plant City Logistics Center. For premium collections and specialized diagnostic kit routing outside of this 20-mile zone (including our routine service routes throughout St. Petersburg, Greater Tampa, and our expanding Bradenton/Sarasota sectors), an extended mileage premium of $0.76 per mile is calculated strictly for the individual miles driven beyond our hub perimeter. All final, all-inclusive pricing will be calculated and pre-authorized by our dispatch coordinators prior to technician dispatch to ensure absolute pricing transparency for our clients.
